Pinky Fashion - PMPC Star Awards for TV 2008

I've been looking for the red carpet photos of the recently concluded PMPC Star Awards for TV 2008. Unluckily, for us regular people who can't be there for the event, there were no trace of the awards night, unlike in Hollywood when there's an event it's all over the web. Yeah, there's a TV airing for the awards night, but still photos are perfect especially when taken on the red carpet.

So, to give you an idea of what Pinky Webb wore for the awards night, I've asked the help of Unc Google to track her Nicole Miller gown. I've known Nicole Miller (not personally, though I love to meet her too! She went to RISD, and I went there for a while too.) since I was in high school, she was like my mom's patron saint. And we both love to visit her online shop, so it wasn't hard for me to figure that out.

Pinky wore the Ombre Sunset Stretch Charmeuse gown.




Imagine Pinky Webb wearing this! She totally rocks with the gown on, with her towering height and her toned shoulders, she looks no less than a goddess.

Just a trivia, Nicole Miller is known for her expensive gowns, and this gown.... it really is! Also, she has a bridal collection and popular bridesmaid line... Hmnnn... was just mere coincidence? I'll let you be the judge.

XXX 2008-09-20

On XXX she wore a white track jacket minus the hoodies that we all like seeing on her. :) She also wore a black turtle neck top, she looks great with it on and she accessorized it with gold, hoop earrings, and she kept her hair tied. She really looks classy though, even when she wore it with jeans. Her outfit looks like these:

Their topic on XXX was about concubinage (for married men) and adultery (married women). There's just something about the laws concerning those cases that's quite unfair. If a guy is guilty he will only serve 4 years in jail, where as a woman will serve 6 years. That's pretty unfair there, maybe they should review that law. Why can't they make it equal for both sexes? ANyway, so much of my ranting, I'm only here to update. :)

Pinky is Hoodies Pretty

On X X X tonight, they've featured the victims of illegal recruiters and OFW's who've been maltreated by employers.. During the opening Pinky wasn't there so I thought we wouldn't be able to catch a glimpse of her, but we're all wrong! She did her job, and even went to different government agencies and allegedly illegal recruitment agencies to conduct an investigation.

While paying a visit to POEA Pinky wore a red and white plaid shirt with jeans. And she's been wearing hoodies every time she does investigative journalism for X X X. Tonight we saw her wore white and red hoodies. She does wear hoodies pretty!

Today Pinky dressed down. She just wore a white long sleeves top and just wore her hair the way she wore it these past week.

Shirt Dresses

Lately, I've noticed that Pinky Webb is ditching her fashion staple, which is the pencil skirt and a chic top, and for the past few days that she'd been back she'd been wearing shirt dresses which looks good on her! Not that I'm saying that her fashion staple (pencil skirt & chic top) doesn't look good on her because admitedly Pinky can pull off that look so well. Just yesterday she wore something like the one below only without the sleeves.

Since she came back from her vacation, she's really doing well fashionwise! Kudos Pinky Webb!
